Try to remember that most hiring managers do not create the job description at most major corporations. They are typically written by human resources, which have never worked a day in the actual position. Job descriptions commonly use corporate lingo and can sound intimidating.
But, don’t be scared away from a job application entirely based on its description.

Jobs that feel slightly out of reach are the ones that have the most potential to launch you to where you want to be in your career journey. That said, it’s still important to be realistic and make sure you meet the minimum requirements for the position. Don’t fear or doubt stop you from taking a chance on a job.
